Volunteer Job Descriptions
- Stall Prep – Prepare stalls & barn for show (clean/rake stalls, blow aisle, verify usability of stalls)
- Provide Truck For Arena Set Up/Tear Down – Please use this slot to indicate that you will be able to bring a pickup truck to help with arena set up or tear down
- Arena Setup – Help set up Dressage Arena, pallets for judge’s stand
- AM Setup – Set up Judges table/chairs, canopies, sound system, etc.
- Gate Keeper – Help ensure that riders are ready to enter in their assigned order of go.
- Runner – Bring completed tests from arena to office to be scored
- Change Arena – Help change arena to short or long as needed mid day
- PM Tear Down – End of Show Tear down arena, judges stand, additional canopies, sound system
- Stall Inspection – Monday after show, Verify stall cleaning
