Helmets meeting or exceeding ASTM standards are required for all riders when mounted regardless of riding discipline.

Boots with heel are required. Half chaps are allowed through first level.

Tack, including bits, must follow the rules appropriate for the class (as indicated in the rulebooks). It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure all tack is compliant.

Braiding or banding at any level is optional.

Dressage classes follow current USEF, USDF, FEI, USEA, or WDAA rules as appropriate, with the following exceptions:

Dress Code (DR120) Exceptions:
-For all test levels, riders are not required to wear a riding coat. Shirts must have sleeves (long or short) and a collar, without neckwear.
-For riders 13 and under that are wearing jodhpurs and paddock boots, garter straps will be allowed.

Musical Freestyle Rule Exception:
-There will be NO prerequisites for riding a Freestyle test at any level.
