If you’re riding, how many hours will you be available to volunteer on day of show? Any other notes welcome.

Volunteer Job Descriptions

  • Stall Prep – Prepare stalls & barn for show (clean/rake stalls, blow aisle, verify usability of stalls)
  • Provide Truck For Arena Set Up/Tear Down – Please use this slot to indicate that you will be able to bring a pickup truck to help with arena set up or tear down
  • Arena Setup – Help set up Dressage Arena, pallets for judge’s stand
  • AM Setup – Set up Judges table/chairs, canopies, sound system, etc.
  • Gate Keeper – Help ensure that riders are ready to enter in their assigned order of go.
  • Runner – Bring completed tests from arena to office to be scored
  • Change Arena – Help change arena to short or long as needed mid day
  • PM Tear Down – End of Show Tear down arena, judges stand, additional canopies, sound system
  • Stall Inspection – Monday after show, Verify stall cleaning
