Volunteer Job Descriptions

  • Stall Prep – Prepare stalls & barn for show (clean/rake stalls, blow aisle, verify usability of stalls)
  • Load Arena for Transport – Help load arnea at storage location for transport to show
  • Arena Setup – Help set up Dressage Arena, pallets for judge’s stand
  • AM Setup – Set up Judges table/chairs, canopies, sound system, etc.
  • Gate Keeper –

  • Change Arena – Help change arena to short or long as needed mid day
  • PM Tear Down – End of Show Tear down arena, judges stand, additional canopies, sound system
  • Unload Arena – End of Show Help unload arena at storage location
  • Stall Inspection – Monday after show, Verify stall cleaning
